The final stage in our developmental gymnastics program is our Big Shot (ages 8 & up)  and Super Shot (7 & younger) programs.  The time increases to 1 1/2 hours once or twice a week.  This allows the coaches to teach the technique and perfect the necessary skills to advance to Metro's Competitive Team.
