Gymnastics Birthday Parties

Book your child's private party at Metro Gymnastics for a special, fun-filled ultimate birthday bash!  Each party is led by one of our wonderful staff members, who will instruct you during your 90-minute party.  In the first hour, our staff will lead the children around the gym through obstacle courses, swinging on the bars, balancing on the beams, and bouncing on the tumble traks! Activities are determined by the birthday child and instructor with an emphasis on safety and excitement! The last 30 minutes are for opening presents and cake time.  A Metro Gymnastics membership is not required to book a party.  You bring the cake, drinks (non-alcoholic), and paper goods, and we supply the FUN!  The cost is $250 + tax for the first 10 party guests, $10 for each additional friend.  A $75 + tax non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, which will be applied to your final balance, is required to hold the birthday party. Frequently Asked Questions:

How early can I arrive to set up for my party?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your party starts.  The coordinator will assist you in carrying in your supplies and direct you to the party room.

Do I need to have each child sign a waiver?

Yes, all participants must have a signed waiver on file or submit it to Metro upon arrival.  Waivers are also available to be filled out by the parent/legal guardian at the front office upon arrival.

What can I bring?

Plates, eating utensils, serving utensils, lighter, candles, party favors, cake, drinks (no red drinks/no alcohol), and food items. Metro will provide the tablecloths for the party tables.

Do we have to open presents?

 No, your child does not have to open presents.  You can choose not to open presents to allow for more time to play. 

Can the parents participate?

In order to ensure the safety of the children and adults, we ask parents to remain off the equipment.

We want to share a birthday party with a friend. Does it cost more to have the party?

Yes, it is an additional $125 to provide a second staff member. The cost is $375 + tax for the first 15 party guests, $10 for each additional friend. Please let us know at the time of booking that it is a double birthday party.

What is the cancellation policy?

Party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your party, please contact us by email at info@metrogymokc.com.  Please note that if the party is canceled within 48 hours, the remaining party balance will be due.
