Backhandspring Clinics

Want to perfect your backhandspring?  Join our experienced coaching staff as we spend 55 minutes of instructional gymnastics working on backhandsprings or back tucks.

School Year Schedule

10:00-10:55 class- Ages 5-7  Beginning skill level or enrolled in our Hot Shot program
11:00-11:55 class- Ages 7 years and up or enrolled in  Metro's Big Shot program.

You do not have to be enrolled in our program to participate.

$20/ gymnast pre-register by Friday
$25 at the door if space is available

Because these clinics fill quickly and have a waiting list, the clinics are non-refundable or transferable unless 24-hour notice is given.

If you have a round-off and want to learn how to do a backhandspring or need to perfect your backhandspring?  Join our experienced coaching staff this summer as we spend an hour just working on backhandsprings or back tucks. 

Ages 5 -13  Clinic held in Metro East

Select dates 12:00pm – 1:00pm $20.00/child/time

You do not have to be enrolled in our program to participate.  Prerequisite:  Must be able to perform a roundoff
