- PRIVATE LESSON POLICIES
Private lessons are scheduled by enrolling online under the Special Events tab.
Payments:
- All students will be required to have a debit or credit card on file for payments.
- All private lessons will be setup on autopay and invoiced at the beginning of the month and the credit card will be charged on the 2nd of each month for that month's lessons. A late fee of $25 is assessed for late payment if not paid by the 5th of the month. Your child will be dropped from private lessons if we do not receive payment by the 10th of the month.
- School year privates are paid monthly and your child is considered enrolled in our program until you tell us otherwise. Because our private lessons are full and have waitlists we will continue to bill your account until notified of withdrawal. The office must be notified by email two (2) weeks before the next billing cycle.
Tardiness, No Shows or bad weather:
- Students are expected to arrive at their lesson on time. If a student arrives late, their lesson will be concluded at the regular scheduled time.
- If you will not be here for a scheduled private, please contact the Metro office (405) 580-5308 at least two hours before your scheduled private time. You will receive a credit on your account for the missed private if we are notified beforehand.
- Should we choose to close early, delay opening, or otherwise cancel services at the gym due to weather, students will be notified immediately.
